By accessing the website and enrolling in DataSabaq programs, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Portal License

Upon enrollment, DataSabaq grants you a single-user login to the student portal directories. Sharing credentials, downloading lectures to resell, or redistributing course content is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate termination of portal access without refund.

2. Payment Verification

Portal access is contingent on payment verification. Inaccurate or false transaction reference numbers will cause enrollment requests to be rejected.

3. Support Fair Use

Our lead instructor and counselors strive to answer all questions. We expect respectful communication during Zoom classes and in dedicated WhatsApp chatrooms.

4. Intellectual Property

All lesson videos, SQL challenge files, Power BI schemas, and Capstone guidelines are the intellectual property of DataSabaq.
