1. The 14-Day Trial Period
You can claim a full refund within 14 days of your enrollment date. No questions asked. Once a refund is requested, access to all portal directories, dashboards, and Zoom groups will be suspended.
2. Supported Payment Methods
Refunds are processed back through the original payment channels: EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer. Transactions are verified manually.
3. Processing Time
Once approved, refunds take 3 to 5 business days to process due to local payment settlements.
